Plantation House is located in Northern NSW meaning that our wedding start time is in NSW time. Please be mindful of this if you are traveling on the day from across the QLD border.

Dress Code

Summer formal.

Ladies, think colourful long dresses. The ceremony will be on grass if you’re considering which shoes to wear.

Gentlemen, think light suits. As the weather in the area will be warm this time of year, ties or bow ties aren't necessary.

Gifts

We know people will be traveling from far and wide and the best gift we could genuinely ask for is your company at our wedding. However, should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, a wishing well will be available on the day.

Children

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding day will be adults only. They are more than welcome to join us at the welcome drinks though. If you are looking for babysitting services in the area, here are some trusted sites:

Parking

There is only a small amount of parking available at Plantation House. Please let us know if you plan to drive so we can reserve you a spot at the venue (you can add this to your RSVP form).

Getting around

If you're flying in for the weekend, you can hire a car or take a taxi from the Gold Coast airport (~15mins drive). Please note Ubers in the area can be limited.

Invites and RSVPs

You should have received a 'Save our Date' invitation via mail. We won't be sending out formal invitations; all additional information can be found on this website. Please aim to RSVP by mid-2025, if possible.
